IHS Cotton Church Lace 5" Wide

A beautiful and timeless pure cotton IHS lace for all your Sacristy sewing projects.  This lace is straight-edged and not scalloped, making it an ideal Insertion Lace to add into a linen Alb, Surplice or Altar Cloth.  The technique of overlaying the lace onto the actual linen of the alb or surplice, lightly zigzagging it into place and then carefully cutting out the linen from behind the lace, requires skill and precision.
